Return & Refund Policy

At wldxiaohen Innovations, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
